TO HAPPY DAYS
Happy Days is the perfect setting to enjoy your holiday home. We are a small family run park ideally located
in the quieter area of Brean. The park is only a stone’s throw away from the local amenities including convenience stores, the post office, restaurants and just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Ideally suited for the retired or semi-retired.
The park is open from from March to end of January and has 24hr CCTV for your security. The grounds are carefully maintained to create a relaxing place for you to enjoy your stay. There are only 30 privately owned holiday homes on site. Holiday homes are for holiday use only and cannot be used as a permanent residence.
PITCH FEES
(Including rates, water, gardening, maintenance)
There is no maximum age limit for a holiday home. We will automatically offer to renew your pitch agreement with us until the holiday home is 15 years old, after this time your agreement will be renewed annually after a quick check to ensure the holiday home is in good condition.
UTILITIES
Each pitch has its own electric meter and is billed at the end of July and at the end of January. Gas bottles are supplied by the park, they can be ordered over the phone, with delivery once
a week.
Insurance
You must insure the static in accordance with Terms & Conditions Part II clause 4.5 (New for Old).

We are ideally located in the village of Brean and within easy access of the local attractions and beaches. The park itself is situated within secluded grounds ensuring your privacy and peace and quiet. Open from March each year to the end of January.
